This little tip may take some time, but it is something you can practice sitting on the couch or anywhere. So just to reveiw, focus on breathing out rather than breathing in. You will find that this helps you exercise in a more relaxed state as well, becasue versus the other way when your chest cavety is expanded and tense because your lungs are full of too much air, and you are trying to take more in, yourbody becomes tense.
