One of the best ways to lose weight is to replace all sugared down drinks with ice cold water. I have found that I am better hydrated especially in the summer months and I consume a gallon of water a day. To make it easier I have went out and bought my very own water dispenser. They are found in most stores for pretty reasonable price. And they hold a 5 gallon jugg of water.This is also cheaper in the long run then going out and buying water by the case.
